Why NSS exists
Organizations divide transformation into separate disciplines.

But the outcome depends on how those elements interact—and that interaction is usually no one’s job. NSS exists to design, strengthen, and govern those interactions so the transformation behaves as one system.
How NSS came about
NSS wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It was built on the job.
Before founding NSS, Rakayat Nuruddin led and supported programs that could not be allowed to fail: a carve-out at Public Partnerships, a divestiture at Integer Holdings, an Oracle Cloud ERP go-live at Hillman, a platform replacement at Alterra Mountain Company, and a global workforce program at Worldpay.
Each program was different. The failure pattern was the same—capable teams, serious technology, and a clear strategy, held back by fragmented plans, unclear decision rights, and readiness no one could prove.
He kept building the same controls to fix it: one integrated plan, a real decision register, evidence-based readiness, and governance that decides. NSS turns those controls into a repeatable operating model—and puts the person who built them directly on your program.
