This notice explains how Nuruddin Strategic Systems LLC (“NSS”) handles information through this website, nuruddinstrategicsystems.com. It is written to describe what the site actually does. It does not cover client engagements, which are governed by their own agreements.

What the site collects

• Information you choose to send. If you contact NSS, you provide your name, work email, organization, role, and a description of your situation. You decide what to include.
• The self-check. Answers to the 3-minute self-check are processed in your browser and are not sent to NSS or anyone else unless you choose to include your result in an inquiry.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, the hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

Cookies

The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not sell or share personal information for advertising.

How information is used

Information you send is used only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and communicate about a potential engagement. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Inquiries are delivered to NSS by email. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence, and is then deleted.

Your choices
